Neighborhood Clean Up!

Spring Park Cleanup
Join your neighbors for a spring cleanup of Evans Parkway and Glenview Parks, organized in partnership with Montgomery Parks. Bags and gloves will be provided. All ages welcome!
Students: This counts as SSL hours!
We'll have an SSL form packet on-site, or we can provide a digital copy. A great way for students to earn service hours while helping the neighborhood.
Volunteer at Sligo Creek Fest!
We need 2 volunteers per 30-minute slot from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM to staff the GNA table.

Montgomery Parks transforms Sligo Creek Parkway into a lively street festival with something for everyone:
- Live Music: DuPont Brass, Capital Effect, Rocknoceros, Culture Queen, and Amy Andrews
- Kids Activities: Tree climbing, double Dutch, inflatables, roving entertainers, and Nature on Wheels
- Food & Drinks: Pizza, BBQ, tacos, ice cream, local breweries, and coffee vendors
- Free Bike Valet: Walk, bike, or hike the trail to get there!
Just 30 minutes of your time is all we need! You'll greet visitors, answer questions about GNA, and help spread the word. No experience necessary — just bring a friendly face.
Support Your Neighborhood — Pay Your Annual Dues
Our suggested annual contribution is $25 per household. Your support helps fund community events, outreach, and improvements.
